We Are All Once A Beginner: The Secret to Succeeding in the Real Estate Industry

"Failure is only the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently." – Henry Ford.

No one, not even the most successful ones, achieved their dreams instantly. It requires a great deal of hard work and perseverance, as well as trial and error, and at times, even consecutive failures that practically knock them down and make them want to give up before they reach the top.

Working as a real estate agent or broker is indeed challenging but may pay off in the long run. I can still recall how simple I thought this journey would be until I got my license without even knowing it was the only simple step in this process.

Becoming a good and marketable agent takes a lot of time and effort. Given that most new agents only have a decade to figure it all out before going broke, the more skills you have before joining the industry, the better the possibility that you will make it. Therefore, the likelihood of success decreases with the lower skillset.

"Go door knock… try cold calling… set up your CRM…" and the list went on. Traditional folks advised me to do this when I first entered the industry. I am clueless and don't even know where to start. I tried and tried, but things are not going as well as they should be.

Many disadvantages, such as a lack of personal contacts, finances, etc., can be overcome by a highly qualified agent. So, the question is, "how can I become a successful agent if I don't know what to say in the first place?"

I tried to fill in the gap because a novice like me is nothing compared to seasoned agents who have grown professionally through experience. I got to start figuring this out on my own. I spent days and nights trying to realize what would work for me so clients would trust me as their agent.

While finding a solution, what a pleasant surprise to come across this old box I had kept for so long since I was a student scholar at California State University, Los Angeles. I am a graduate of Marketing, and we were taught how to write professional business letters during our business classes.

In my first-year real estate class, I remember vividly when our instructor asked us to write a business letter. Each of my classmates read their output in front, and the similarities in their letters are noticeable because they seek the internet’s help to write their letters. When it was my turn, I literally silenced the room. Everything I read differed from theirs… the format, wording, content, and structure… They say it's a well-written letter that can attract clients in the future. This was when I realized that I have the talent to write letters.

To cut a long story short, this box, full of notes, outputs, and sample letter templates, gave me the idea to start writing my own real estate letters that would make me stand out from the other agents.

And this is why PAPRE System was created. Since it helped me in all aspects of my real estate career, I got this intense desire to help my co-realtors rise with me through the plug-and-play real estate system that I designed to help them boost their real estate profession conveniently and efficiently.

Six years have passed, and now, it's finally ready to be fully implemented. I put so much value here and am excited to give gear to the real estate industry.
